Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Time
We aim to process and prepare your order within 2–3 working days. However, during busy periods, processing may take 3–5 working days.

Shipping Method & Delivery
We ship all orders using DPD Courier Service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping fee collected at checkout is the final cost.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

Important – Address & Eircode
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including a correct Eircode.

In Ireland, courier services rely primarily on the Eircode for delivery. All orders are shipped based on the Eircode provided at checkout.

Please ensure your Eircode is correct before placing your order
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete address details
If an incorrect Eircode is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery

Order Changes & Cancellations
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days using DPD Couriers. To cancel an order without incurring return costs, you must do so before your order has been dispatched.

Right to Cancel
You have a legal right to cancel your order from the date your order is dispatched. If the products have already been delivered, you have 14 calendar days (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the day after delivery to cancel.

Returns
If you cancel your order after dispatch:

You must return the products within 14 days of informing us
Items must be unused, unopened, and in good condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
We will process your refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of:

Receiving the returned products, or
Receiving proof that the products were returned

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the products you receive are damaged, faulty, or do not match the description:

Please return them within 21 days of delivery
You will be offered a replacement or full refund
We will cover any additional shipping costs in this case

Additional Information

Orders cannot be cancelled once products have been opened or used
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights
